Tone your core and get your heart rate up. Yes, that means jump board! This particular class helps build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and exercises. The class centers around core control and cardio, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced. With this class, you will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, while also remaining mindful in every act you perform.
This barre and Pilates fusion class combines the dynamic lengthening and strengthening dance-inspired movements of barre with the fundamentals of reformer Pilates. This class will be both challenging and fun, all levels welcome.
This 1/2 hour stretch class is a cross between a foam rolling-focused class and a yoga stretch class, which targets muscles that are typically tight and underused in endurance activities like running and cycling.
